The job holder is responsible for communicating with clients, maintaining client records, preparation of Quarterly VAT returns, filing of accounts, bookkeeping and tax returns in respect of all limited company clients and filing of personal tax returns for directors.
The job holder is responsible for acting as a middleman between client managers and the team, ensuring that various KPIs and SLAs are met as well adding clear value to our client base.

The individual will have a varied administrative role in the business and will support the Payroll team.
The role will involve having a proactive approach to delivering outstanding customer care by dealing with any enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
