Here at Sapphire, we understand the importance of working hard to provide our customers with the best service… however, we also understand the importance of being able to relax at the end of the day or in this case, the end of the year. So, we thought we’d provide you with some festive party games to help you get your Christmas parties off to a great start!

Party Game 1: Decorate your co-worker

Divide into teams of 3-5 and use Christmas tree decorations to decorate your co-worker in 90 seconds. The judge will decide who the best “tree” is, and they will be the winner.

Party Game 2: Charades

In a bowl deposit your movie, song, books or phrase collections, split into teams and take turns picking a suggestion. Your team will then have to guess what you are acting out within 60 seconds.

Party Game 3: Employee Awards

These can be sincere awards or a funny awards, the aim is to recognise your employees for the hard work they have put in throughout the year and be able to find the funny side of working together too. For example, “highest sales figures this year” or “best snack drawer in the office”, the possibilities are endless.

Party Game 4: Snowball toss

For this you will need a bowl and some large marshmallows. Everybody will need to split into pairs, one member of the team will need to stand with a bowl balanced on their head while their teammate attempts to get as many marshmallows as possible in their bowl within 90 seconds. The team with the most marshmallows in the bowl at the end will be the winner.

Party Game 5: Christmas Jumper Competition

This light-hearted competition is pretty self-explanatory. One person will be assigned as the judge and everybody else must wear their Christmas jumpers – the person with the best jumper wins the competition.
